Steps for preparation
- In a wide bowl, add Jowarflour  (1/2 cup),   
Chocolate chips ( 1 tbsp),   Palm
jaggery  (2 tbsp),  Oil ( 2 tbsp),   Milk 
(2-4 tbsp),   Baking soda  (a pinch),    
Baking powder  (1/2 tsp) & mix
well.
- Sprinkle the milk little by little
and make it a pliable dough.
- Quantity of milk depends on the
nature of the flour. Normally it takes (4 tbsp) of milk.
- Take a small portion of the dough
and make it a ball and flatten it.
- Line a baking tray with parchment
paper.
- Arrange the cookies, leaving little
space between each other.
- Pre heat the oven for 5 minutes at
(150 degrees).
- Bake in an oven for 10 minutes.
- The cookies should be little bit soft
while taking it outside. So when cooled, it turns out very crispy.
