Identification Symptoms
- Fruit flies lay their
     eggs in the fruits, just under the skin. 
- After eggs hatch, the maggots
     feed on the flesh of the fruit, causing it to turn soft 
- Maggot bore into
     semi-ripen fruits with decayed spots and dropping of fruits.
- Oozing of fluid from
     damaged fruits
- Brownish rotten
     patches on fruits.
