JERSEY CROSS: Cross breed of indigenous breed of cow and the Jersey breed. They have high heat tolerance and are medium sized and adapt well to the climate. produces 2 to 3 times more milk than the indigenous cows.

HOLSTEIN FRIESIAN CROSS: Cross breed of indigenous cows with the Holstein Friesian. Suitable in the hilly areas as they are less tolerant to heat and less resistant to diseases. They yield more milk with less fat percentage.
