Raised bed

  •      Construct alternate sunken and raised bed by excavating soil of a strip of 5 m, a depth of 20-30 cm and placing the soil in the adjacent strip (5 m).The height of the raised bed is 40-60 cm higher than the adjacent sunken bed.

  •       Apply irrigation water in furrows.
