Phosphobacteria : The recommended quantity inoculant is mixed with farmyard manure/compost (@10 kg inoculant plus 500 kg FYM). The mixture is moistened with water to maintain 40-45% moisture and then covered with gunny bags to maintain higher temperature required for rapid multiplication of bacteria. Similarly, the recommended dosage of bio-fertilizers mixed with FYM and apply nearer to the root regions of different crop plants or it can be uniformly in each pit.

AM fungi : 200 g of VAM inoculum is required for inoculating one tree. It can be mixed with 500 kg FYM and then apply nearer to the root region.
